How to Clone a Targeted Marketing Campaign
This article explains how to add or clone any marketing campaign for Service Intel. It's important to note that while this tutorial specifically clones and adds the Thank You campaign, you can use these steps to clone/add any marketing in SI.
Navigate to the campaigns control panel by left clicking Customer Retention from column 1.
From the Customer Retention Control Panel, click the name of the campaign you want to clone. If you want to create a new campaign, just click Create button in the upper right corner of the window.
Once we are looking at a specific campaign's edit screen, you will see a button with Clone on it at the top right. Left click that button to open a confirmation box.
When it creates the clone you will get a pop up with the words "Success! Campaign cloned successfully."
The new campaign will automatically open in edit mode, with the same name as the previous campaign with " - Clone" appended to the end.
From the Customer Retention Control Panel you can see the new campaign.
The cloned campaign is always set to "off" when it is first created.
