How to Delete a Targeted Marketing Promotion Campaign
This article explains how to delete any marketing campaign for Service Intel. It's important to note that while this tutorial specifically deletes the Thank You email campaign, you can use these steps to delete any of the campaigns in SI.
Navigate to the campaign you intend on deleting by left clicking Customer Retention from column 1.
From the Customer Retention Control Panel, click the name of the campaign you want to delete.
Once we are looking at a specific campaign's edit screen, you will see a button with a Trash Can on it at the top right. Left click that button to open a confirmation box.
A dialogue box will open asking you to confirm the deletion of this campaign. Click Confirm.
Most people will never need to delete or archive a campaign since you have the ability to just turn them off at will. We recommend you only use the delete when you have a campaign on your hands that you really need to get rid of. Updating the on/off status is of a campaign is as easy as clicking the on/off button shown below.
