How to Preview a Targeted Marketing Campaign

This article explains how to see the preview of a targeted marketing campaign for email, postcard, and text message.


STEP-BY-STEP FOR THE CLOUD-BASED APPLICATION

Left click CRM & Marketing from column 1.




Click the name of the campaign whose previews you want to view.




It will open the Target List tab on the main page. Click the Edit Campaign tab to view the campaign's previews.




Clicking the tab will open the previews on the main page. Preview has an arrow next to it. Clicking it will let you hide the previews, and clicking it again will reveal them. Below are the previews themselves. You can change which one you are looking at by clicking the preview's corresponding tab.






STEP-BY-STEP FOR THE DESKTOP APPLICATION

Left click the Targeted Marketing Promotions bar.




Under Select Targeted Service click the down arrow to open the drop-down menu, Select the campaign you want to see a preview of.




This will open the preview on the main page.
