How to Change Your Shop Information

This article covers how to change your shop's information for Service Intelligence.

STEP-BY-STEP FOR THE CLOUD-BASED VERSION OF THE APPLICATION

Left click Location Settings, then click Shop Information.




You can edit the relevant details in the page opened by Shop Information.




STEP-BY-STEP FOR THE DESKTOP VERSION OF THE APPLICATION


Left click Edit. Then select Shop Information from the drop-down menu.




In the Customize window, you can edit your shop information. Once done, click Apply, then OK.
