How to Change a User's Name, Email and Password
This article covers how to access a user's profile as an administrator and change that user's details in Service Intelligence.
STEP-BY-STEP FOR THE CLOUD-BASED VERSION OF THE APPLICATION
1. Left click the gear icon and select User Settings to open Users and Roles.
2. The main page will show you a list of users. From there, select the user whose information you want to edit.
3. Left click the pencil icon to edit the field

Left click Edit. Then, left click Shop Information.
Make your changes to the information, click Apply, then click OK.
