How To Send, Monitor and Reply to Text Messages


From MaxxTraxx log into Service-Intel (SI) Texting Center 

1. Log-in to MaxxTraxx and Click on a customer.
2. Click on Send Text Message to open Service-Intel

STAY LOGGED-IN TO SERVICE-INTEL

NOTE: For security reasons, Service-Intel (SI) logs you out if:
            a) Your user login credentials are used on another machine.
            b) If your user session is idle for an extended period of time.



How to Monitor and Reply to Messages for your Texting Center

1. Click HERE to open the Texting Center. Note 25 unanswered messages are pending!
2. Customers in BOLD HAVE unanswered text message.
3. Customer NOT BOLD indicate SMSs were answered.
4. Type your reply or use a template. Then click Send.
5. Click the message box (or reply above) to dismiss "NEW" lable.
6. MORE tab includes Owner and Vehicle information.



By leaving Service-Intel open during the workday, you will discover that it is easy to keep in touch with your customers using SMS.
